Greenham to occupy 250,000 sq ft at South Wales Distribution Centre, Kenfig Industrial Estate, Kenfig

In the largest industrial letting in South Wales this year, Greenham’s have committed to occupy Zones 1A and 1B (246,731 sq ft) on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease at the South Wales Distribution Centre.

Greenhams, a Bunzl company, are the leaders in the provision of personal protection equipment, contractor site tools, cleaning, hygiene and maintenance products. Greenhams stock over 6,000 products.

The move sees them relocate from their existing depot of circa 90,000 sq ft on Fabian Way, expanding their Welsh operation. The landlords, Kenmore, secured Greenhams after an extensive refurbishment programme.

In addition to the letting to Bunzl, Beacon Logistics have committed to a lease of Zone 3, extending to 96,521 sqft.
